ROLE SUMMARY

The People & Organisation Business Partner acts as a strategic people partner to business leaders, driving employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, employee engagement, talent development, succession planning, and Emiratisation initiatives. The role provides HR guidance, supports organizational effectiveness, manages employee life cycle activities, and partners with stakeholders to build high-performing teams while ensuring alignment with business objectives, culture, and people strategy.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Partner with business leaders to align people strategies, workforce plans, and organizational priorities with business objectives.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including coaching managers, resolving workplace issues, and ensuring compliance with employment policies and regulations.
  • Lead the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration discussions, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture, wellbeing, diversity, equity and inclusion, and internal communication initiatives.
  • Support talent management activities, including succession planning, talent reviews, career development, and individual development planning.
  • Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, recruitment activities, and Emiratisation initiatives to attract and retain talent.
  • Analyze people metrics and workforce data to provide insights, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness through change management, leadership support, employee experience improvements, and continuous enhancement of people practices.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field with relevant Human Resources experience.
  • Proven experience in Human Resources Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Workforce Planning.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management practices, including succession planning, career development, talent reviews, and employee development planning.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders and managers to drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and change management initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, Human Resources policies, compliance requirements, and best practices in people management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coaching, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
