Dance Teachers - Full-Time, Part-Time & Cover

StepUp Academy Dubai is expanding its teaching team and is looking for talented, experienced and enthusiastic dance educators to join us across our Dubai locations.

Current Opportunities

Full-Time Dance Teacher – Street & Commercial

We are seeking a versatile, energetic teacher for a full-time, 6-day-per-week position. The teaching timetable will predominantly consist of Street and Commercial classes, working with children and young people across a range of ages and abilities.

Applicants should have strong technical knowledge, excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create engaging, age-appropriate classes.

Part-Time RAD Ballet Teacher

We are seeking an experienced RAD Ballet teacher, initially for 3 days per week to provide maternity cover.

Applicants should have relevant RAD teaching experience and qualifications and be confident teaching children across a range of levels.

There is potential for additional and ongoing teaching hours for the right candidate as we continue to develop and expand our ballet programme.

Freelance / Cover Dance Teachers

We are also expanding our network of trusted freelance and cover teachers across all dance genres.

We welcome applications from experienced teachers interested in regular or occasional cover opportunities across our Dubai locations.

• Experienced in teaching children and young people

• Professional, reliable and committed

• Confident managing classes independently

• Passionate about creating a positive learning environment

• Appropriately qualified and/or experienced in their relevant dance genres

• Eligible to work in the UAE with the appropriate visa/work permissions
