Salary: Upto AED 18,000

📌 Key Focus: The role will oversee training program development, trainer management, client requirements, program delivery, performance evaluation, budgets, and continuous improvement of L&D initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Professional certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in training and development.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering business and soft skills training programs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
• Proficient in using training software and tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
