Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have strong financial reporting and accounting skills, particularly in managing financial statements, budgeting, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Perform reconciliations of accounts and balance sheets.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare forecasts to maintain financial stability.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage budgets.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Work closely with senior management to develop strategic financial plans.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting within the hospitality industry.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
