Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Roadshow Executive to support the planning and execution of property roadshows across local and international markets. This role involves coordinating logistics, liaising with internal teams and developers, and supporting the sales and marketing activities during roadshows.

Key Responsibilities:

● Coordinate with internal teams and developers to align on venue selection, project promotion, and event logistics.

● Assist in obtaining approvals for hotels and event venues.

● Support the preparation of proposals and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

● Help manage the roadshow budget in collaboration with senior management.

● Liaise with Sales Team Leaders to identify agents participating in the roadshow.

● Organize and assist in conducting orientation sessions for participating agents.

● Work with the Marketing Department on promotional materials and strategies.

● Coordinate with CRM & Leads team to access roadshow-specific leads.

● Support the creation of roadshow overviews and meeting schedules for management.

● Participate in roadshow events and client meetings to assist with lead engagement and deal closing.

● Provide post-event reporting and feedback to improve future roadshows.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or related field.

● 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, sales, or marketing, ideally in real estate or a related industry.

● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

● Willingness to travel and attend roadshows locally and internationally.
