Marketing Executive

We're Hiring: Marketing Executive | Cara Jewellers, Dubai

Marketing at Cara Jewellers connects the brand with customers across every touchpoint—from digital and social media to CRM, retail, events, and partnerships .

We're looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Marketing Executive with a passion for luxury, jewellery, fashion, and consumer brands.

What you'll do:

• Support integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, CRM, social media, PR, and partnerships
• Coordinate campaign timelines, creative assets, content production and approvals with internal teams and external agencies
• Support social media, website, CRM, email, and digital marketing activities
• Coordinate photography, videography, events, activations, product launches, and partnership initiatives
• Manage marketing calendars, suppliers, materials, and project timelines
• Monitor campaign performance and support reporting and market insights
• Work closely with Retail, E-Commerce, CRM, CX, Product and Operations teams

What you bring:

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, brand management, or a related field
• Experience in luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands is preferred
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, content production, social media, and events
• Understanding of CRM, email, and digital marketing
• Strong organisational, communication and project management skills
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is an advantage
• Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a passion for consumer marketing
