📢 Position: Technical Support / Pre-Installation Coordinator

We’re looking for a technically minded and detail-oriented professional to support the pre-installation process for a growing UK solar energy company . This position will be based in Dubai, UAE .

The role will focus on reviewing sales and survey information before installation, identifying potential issues early, and helping the team find practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review roof layouts, measurements, plans, photographs, and survey information

• Check proposed solar panel locations and available roof space

• Review cable routes, equipment positioning, and site access requirements

• Identify potential technical or installation issues before work begins

• Recommend practical solutions to ensure smooth installations

• Coordinate closely with sales, operations, and installation teams

• Speak directly with UK-based clients and customers over the phone to clarify requirements and resolve potential installation issues

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong technical and problem-solving mindset

• Comfortable reviewing plans, layouts, measurements, and photographs

• Confident and professional English communication skills

• Experience providing technical support and dealing directly with customers over the phone is a plus, with confidence communicating with UK-based clients and customers.

• Excellent attention to detail

• Experience in technical support, construction, engineering coordination, surveying, installations, or similar roles is an advantage

• Solar experience is NOT required — training can be provided

• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
