Senior Interior Designer - Hospitality

We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join a leading hospitality interior design firm based in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional with a strong design vision and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences across luxury hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of high-end hospitality projects from concept through to completion
• Produce innovative and functional design concepts aligned with client briefs and brand standards
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants
• Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations
• Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a collaborative team environment
• Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on hospitality projects
• Proven portfolio showcasing luxury hotel, restaurant, or F&B design work
• Proficiency in design software including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar)
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, FF&E selection, and technical detailing
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
