Job description

Job Responsibilites:

  • Social Media Support
  1. Maintain the content calendar and manage the post workflow end to end, prep, review, approval, scheduling, and publishing.
  2. Source and organize creative assets, links, and campaign details for each post.
  3. Monitor comments, mentions, and messages, escalating sensitive issues to the right owner.
  4. Compile regular performance updates: reach, engagement, growth, and content results.
  5. Track cultural moments and trends to spot timely opportunities for the brand.
  • Brand Marketing Support:
  1. Support day-to-day delivery of campaigns, activations, partnerships, and internal requests. - Coordinate timelines, briefs, feedback, approvals, and final assets across stakeholders.
  2. Ensure published materials follow brand guidelines, messaging, and visual standards. - Maintain an organized library of approved assets, templates, and final deliverables.
  3. Run quality checks before anything goes live.
  4. Support meeting prep, status updates, notes, and follow-ups. Marketing Operations & Reporting
  5. Keep trackers, calendars, task lists, and shared resources organized.
  6. Turn campaign and content data into clear, concise summaries.
  7. Flag workflow gaps, missed dependencies, and timeline risks early.

Job Requirements :

  1. Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  2. Clear written and verbal communication skills, including strong proofreading and attention to detail.
  3. Understanding of social media trends, community interaction, and content performance fundamentals.
  4. Familiarity with brand consistency, content workflows, and campaign coordination.
  5. Ability to write and adapt concise marketing copy for different audiences and channels.
  6. A collaborative working style and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  7. Good judgment when handling public-facing content, feedback, and time-sensitive requests.
  8. Curiosity about audience behavior, content trends, and evolving social platforms.
  9. Previous experience in marketing, communications, social media, content, or a related coordination role is beneficial.
