We are not looking for a social media manager. We are looking for someone who owns marketing as a whole: paid ads, SEO, GEO, websites, content and video. If your experience is running Instagram accounts, this is not the role. Previous experience at manager level is required, not preferred.

The role

You will run marketing delivery for our clients and support the sales side of the business. You report directly to the founder and you will be involved in how this agency is built, not handed a process to follow.

What you will do

• Own client marketing end to end: strategy, execution, reporting, retention
• Run paid ads across Meta, TikTok and Google
• Handle SEO and GEO: search visibility and getting clients cited in AI answers
• Manage client websites, landing pages and content
• Coordinate video production: actors, studios, shoot schedules, editors, delivery
• Build and maintain our roster of freelancers and suppliers in Dubai
• Support sales: proposals, pitch materials, client meetings, case studies

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years in marketing, at manager level, ideally agency side
• Hands on across paid ads, SEO, websites, content and video. We need range, not one specialism
• You have managed clients directly and can hold a meeting without the founder in the room
• Comfortable working with limited structure and building it as you go
• Fluent English. Arabic or Hindi is an advantage
• Own residence visa is an advantage

What we offer

• AED 5000 to 8,000 per month depending on experience
