Agency Manager

Lunasol.ae is a full-service marketing agency in Dubai.

We handle the complete marketing operation for our clients: video production, social media, paid ads, websites, SEO, GEO and creative. We also have our own studio and work with actors to produce content in English and Arabic.

We are at an early stage and building the agency from the ground up. We are looking for an Agency Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day business and work directly with the founder.

The role

You will run the agency day to day.

You will manage our Sales Manager and Marketing Manager, oversee client delivery, coordinate external specialists and suppliers, and make sure the company executes what it commits to.

This is not a corporate management role.

You will be expected to be hands-on, solve problems yourself and build the systems the agency will use as it grows.

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the agency
• Manage and set priorities for the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager
• Own client onboarding, delivery, timelines and retention
• Act as the senior point of contact for key clients
• Coordinate freelancers, actors, videographers, editors, developers and other suppliers
• Build and maintain a reliable network of freelancers, production partners and suppliers in Dubai
• Recruit, interview and onboard new employees and freelancers as the agency grows
• Plan team capacity and identify when additional hires or external resources are needed
• Make sure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the expected quality
• Own quality control across client deliverables before they are presented to clients
• Review proposals, scopes of work, contracts and client presentations
• Support important sales meetings and pitches
• Track the sales pipeline, client delivery and team KPIs
• Hold team members accountable for targets, deadlines and agreed priorities
• Improve internal processes, workflows, SOPs and reporting
• Manage the agency's project management and CRM systems
• Monitor project costs, resource allocation and protect margins
• Track client profitability and flag unprofitable accounts or scope creep
• Identify upsell, cross-sell and account growth opportunities
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues before they affect retention
• Handle escalations from clients, employees and suppliers
• Make sure Lunasol's own marketing plan is executed consistently
• Coordinate weekly team meetings and provide the founder with a concise weekly performance report
• Help build the team structure, operating standards and culture as the agency scales
• Report directly to the founder

What we are looking for

• 4+ years of professional experience
• Minimum 3 years working inside a marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and projects at the same time
• Experience managing people, freelancers or external suppliers
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and content production
• Working knowledge of paid advertising, websites and SEO
• Strong client communication and presentation skills
• Commercial mindset, including understanding scopes, budgets and profitability
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage business

Salary

AED 8,000-11,000 per month, depending on experience

Plus performance-based bonus.

Full-time, on-site in Dubai.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
