SUR Media Agency is a marketing agency based in Dubai, dedicated to elevating brands across the MENA region. 

We are

looking for a Finance & Administrative Manager to oversee financial and HR processes, documentation, administrative support for the team, and coordination of PR/influencer seedings.

Role Description

This role oversees day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, payment tracking, cash flow monitoring, and coordination with contractors and clients on financial matters. The manager also leads HR processes from employee onboarding and contract documentation to visa coordination and compliance tracking ensuring smooth internal operations across the organization.

The role includes administrative coordination such as documentation management, vendor and partner communication, and logistics support for PR and influencer product shipments. The role also supports senior management with process improvement, task prioritization.

Requirements:

• English: B2/C1, confident verbal and written communication
• Russian language knowledge is a plus
• Experience in an administrative, financial, HR, or operational role
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and documents simultaneously
• Attention to detail, structured approach, and reliability
• Confident with Excel / Google Sheets

Remote role, with regular online team check-ins and occasional in-person meetings for Dubai-based team members.
