AI Automation & AI Agent Specialist

We are looking for an experienced AI Automation & AI Agent Specialist to help us implement AI solutions across different areas of our company.

We are looking for someone who can understand business requirements and create practical AI-powered solutions using the latest AI platforms, automation tools and AI agent technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage AI Agents and automated workflows.
• Identify areas where AI can improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Develop AI solutions for Sales, Marketing, Production, Post-Production and Administration.
• Integrate AI with existing software, CRM, databases and other business tools.
• Research and implement new AI technologies relevant to our business.
• Support creative AI applications for video, images, audio and content production.
• Continuously improve and maintain existing AI automations.

Preferred Skills

Experience with some of the following:

• AI Agents and Agentic AI
• n8n, Make.com, Zapier or similar automation platforms
• OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama and other major AI models
• APIs and system integrations
• Python or similar programming knowledge
• RAG, vector databases and AI knowledge systems
• Generative AI for video, images and audio
• AI tools for business automation and creative production

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has practical experience building AI solutions.
• Understands AI automation beyond basic chatbot usage.
• Can work with multiple AI platforms and technologies.
• Is creative, technically strong and solution-oriented.
• Keeps up with the latest developments in AI.
• Can independently identify opportunities for AI implementation within the company.

Candidates with previous AI Agent, automation or AI application projects will be given preference.
