Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Façade Designer to join our creative team in the UAE. This role involves the conceptualization and technical development of façade systems for a variety of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will combine design flair with technical knowledge, delivering innovative and sustainable building envelope solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional goals.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Visualization

• Develop creative, high-performance façade concepts in line with architectural design intent, project requirements, and environmental goals.
• Produce detailed 2D and 3D façade designs using AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and SketchUp.
• Create visual presentations and design packages for internal reviews and client meetings.

Materials & Technical Detailing

• Research, select, and specify appropriate façade materials, finishes, and structural components.
• Develop technical façade drawings, sections, and fabrication details to support project documentation and construction.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with architects, engineers, façade consultants, and contractors to ensure technical feasibility and design coordination.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary coordination meetings and workshops to resolve interface issues.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and local authority regulations.

Site & Client Interaction

• Conduct site inspections to verify design intent during construction phases.
• Support the project team in resolving design issues during installation.
• Present façade concepts and technical proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback into refined solutions.

Problem-Solving & Innovation

• Tackle complex design challenges and deliver practical, performance-based solutions.
• Stay up to date with global trends in façade technologies, materials, and sustainable construction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 8 years of professional experience in façade design, architectural envelopes, or building cladding systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of building materials, construction detailing, and façade systems.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and environmental performance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail with a creative and solution-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
