Job Description: Construction Manager (Aramco Approved)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee pipeline Projects, OHPL, Mechanical, and facility construction projects in compliance with Saudi Aramco standards .

Job Purpose

To plan, manage, and supervise all construction activities, ensuring project completion on time, within budget, and in full compliance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), Materials Standards (SAMSS), and safety requirements

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead and manage site construction activities , pipeline installation, civil works, Mechanical, and structural works

·        Ensure compliance with SAES / SAMSS standards , project specifications, and client requirements

·        Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

·        Review and approve ITPs, method statements, WPS/PQR, and QA/QC documentation

·        Ensure site safety and environmental compliance in line with Saudi Aramco regulations

·        Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams for smooth project execution

·        Identify risks, resolve site issues, and implement corrective actions

·        Conduct progress reporting and provide updates to management and clients

Minimum Qualifications & Certifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering / construction management

·        Proven experience on Saudi Aramco–approved projects

·        Familiarity with SAES / SAMSS standards

·        Experience preparing and reviewing ITPs, method statements, and site QA/QC documentation

·        NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA Safety Certification

·        Valid Aramco-approved site safety trainings: PTW, JSA, Confined Space, H2S Awareness, First Aid

Preferred / Advantageous:

·        Prior approval as Aramco-certified Construction Manager / Engineer

·         PMP/Prince2 or equivalent project management certification

·        Experience in cross-country pipelines, projects, and large-scale construction
