Job Title - Heavy Equipment Operator Assessor

Location - Dammam, SA

Job Purpose

We are hiring a Heavy Equipment (HE) Operator Assessor to join the Certification Team supporting pre-screening assessments of Contractor staff for Saudi Aramco projects. You will conduct practical (hands-on) and written performance assessments to certify operator competency on heavy equipment.

Academic & Professional Qualifications (Minimum Requirements)

• Personal, valid operator certifications in your own name (not company training records) for at least several of: Backhoe, Bulldozer, Forklift, Grader, Wheel Loader, Skid Loader, Backhoe Loader, Sideboom/Telehandler
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience actually operating heavy equipment
• Minimum 3 years of formal experience as an instructor/trainer for heavy equipment operators
• Minimum 3 years formal experience assessing/certifying operator competency — i.e., evaluating whether a person is fit to operate equipment, NOT safety audits, HSE compliance checks, or mechanical/equipment inspections
• Assessor Award Qualification is a strong plus (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, Highfield Train the Trainer)
• Fluent English (read/write) and intermediate MS Office

What This Role Is NOT:

• Not an HSE/Safety Officer or Safety Auditor role
• Not a mechanical/equipment inspection role (checking the machine itself)
• Not a role where "safety compliance checks" during audits count as operator assessment experience
