Job Title: TT1 Pipefitting Trainer

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

• Deliver course content (theory and practical) in pipefitting with a student-centered approach, ensuring engagement and understanding.
• Manage the learning environment, ensuring training areas and resources are suitable and adequate for training and assessment needs.
• Assess student performance to evaluate learning outcomes.
• Prepare detailed lesson plans and pacing schedules.
• Plan and deliver both classroom and workshop-based training.
• Utilize effective teaching strategies that engage students and achieve desired outcomes.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
• Meet organizational standards and requirements for training delivery and student assessment.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Technical/Engineering Diploma in a relevant field.
• 3 years of training experience.
• 5 years of industrial experience within the oil & gas industry.
• Excellent proficiency in the English language.
