Job description

Factory Administration & Operations Officer is a is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The role includes managing daily records and data entry, stock and inventory tracking, petty cash and basic finance documentation, sales orders and invoicing, supplier and purchase order follow-ups, and general factory administration. The candidate will also coordinate with suppliers for raw materials and packaging, maintain visa/license and compliance expiry records, assist with travel arrangements, and coordinate perfume bottle, box, label, and packaging design requirements with suppliers and designers. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely factory operations.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to coordinate with production teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, monitor performance indicators, and support process improvement.
  • Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee daily factory workflows, inventory processes, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Candidates should possess basic Finance skills to handle operational cost tracking, invoice verification, and support budgeting or reporting activities.
  • Relevant experience in factory, manufacturing, or supply chain environments is highly beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.
  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
