RiseUp Real Estate is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage content across all social media platforms
• Create engaging photo and video content
• Develop content calendars and campaign strategies
• Plan, launch, and optimize social media marketing campaigns
• Generate high-quality leads through organic and paid social media activities
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize content based on analytics
• Stay up to date with social media trends and platform updates
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to strengthen our brand and support business growth

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools
• Experience running Meta Ads and lead generation campaigns
• Understanding of campaign performance metrics and reporting
• Excellent English communication skills
• UAE experience is mandatory
• Real Estate experience preferred
