Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Profile Editor to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with accomplished doctors to translate their career journeys into compelling profiles tailored to regional hospital leadership expectations. Your expertise will help our clients stand out in competitive markets, opening doors to new career horizons.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Medical background or experience working within healthcare or medical fields
• Exceptional written communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to craft clear, impactful narratives
• Proven ability to understand and highlight professional strengths and achievements
• Experience in editing, formatting, or content creation (preferably in a professional or medical context)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple profiles simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the healthcare recruitment landscape in Dubai, UAE, or Saudi Arabia
• Knowledge of regional healthcare systems, hospital structures, and leadership priorities
• Previous experience working with senior medical professionals or in medical communications
• Understanding of CV/resume best practices specific to the medical field
• Multilingual abilities (especially Arabic) are a plus but not essential
