Job description
Dubai-based | Part-time
We are looking for an outstanding content creator to own our social content from end to end.
You have excellent taste, a strong creative point of view and a genuine passion for creating content. You know how to turn an idea into a Reel, short video or carousel that feels intelligent, current and unmistakably Sumea Social.
You will work with our existing strategy while bringing your own ideas and creative input. We need someone proactive who can independently take content from ideation to publication and make things happen.
You will:
- Ideate, script, film, edit and publish content
- Create Reels, short videos and occasional carousels
- Regularly present content on camera
- Create selected content with or featuring founder Svenja Maltzahn
- Repurpose content for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Track performance and improve what we create
The right person is energetic, confident on camera and comfortable representing Sumea Social publicly. You care deeply about quality and understand what makes people stop, watch and share.
You must be based in Dubai so the content feels genuinely connected to the city and its business community.
