Human Resources Specialist

Seventy Two Real Estate is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment & HR professional who knows how to find, attract and onboard high-performing real estate talent in Dubai.

This is not a traditional HR role .

Your main responsibility will be to build our sales team by identifying experienced off-plan agents, secondary sales consultants, leasing consultants and team leaders , while also managing day-to-day HR and helping new hires become productive.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit experienced real estate agents, team leaders and support staff.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, direct outreach and professional networks.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Assess candidates based on their actual sales track record , market knowledge, communication skills, motivation and cultural fit.
• Work directly with management and sales leadership to identify hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews, references, offers and joining processes.
• Manage onboarding and ensure new employees understand our systems, processes and expectations.
• Conduct or coordinate onboarding and initial sales training.
• Follow up with new hires during their 30, 60 and 90-day periods.
• Establish and track performance KPIs for new agents.
• Work with management to identify performance gaps and implement training or improvement plans.
• Help improve agent productivity through coaching, training and structured performance tracking.
• Maintain recruitment and HR records, employee files, leave records, probation reviews and payroll inputs.
• Coordinate employment documentation, visas and medical insurance with relevant teams and service providers.
• Provide management with regular reports covering recruitment, onboarding, retention and employee performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of recruitment or HR experience.
• At least 2 years of experience recruiting for UAE real estate brokerages.
• Proven experience successfully hiring experienced real estate agents and sales professionals.
• Strong understanding of Dubai real estate, off-plan, secondary sales, leasing and brokerage commission structures.
• A proactive recruiter who is comfortable approaching candidates directly.
• Strong ability to identify genuine sales performers rather than candidates who simply interview well.
• Practical knowledge of UAE employment and HR processes.
• Strong English communication and organisational skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS/recruitment platforms and recruitment reporting tools.
• A performance-driven mindset with the ability to connect recruitment quality with actual sales results.
