Job Summary

As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the Talent Acquisition function with end-to-end recruitment activities across all EatX brands. You will help manage recruitment data and talent trackers, coordinate interviews and trial shifts, support candidate communication and ensure a consistent and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain recruitment master data and talent trackers
  • Post job openings across approved job boards and social media channels
  • Screen applications and shortlist candidates in line with role requirements
  • Coordinate interviews and trial shifts with hiring managers and venues
  • Manage candidate communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure consistent application of the Eatx employer brand across recruitment touchpoints

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience within the hospitality industry
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles, candidates and stakeholders
