HR Coordinator

Long Description 1 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the point of contact for all employee related activities, handling employee queries in an efficient and effective manner
• Manage the onboarding and joining process for the selected candidates to ensure all visa & immigration formalities are completed in a timely manner and the new joiner is kept up to date with the progress
• Collate details for Medical Insurance additions/deletions
• Coordinate with the respective managers to ensure they provide necessary inputs on successful/unsuccessful completion of the probationary period
• Source, screen and schedule interviews for candidates for recruitment purposes as per Company policies and procedures
• Maintain HR documentation, reports and records by following established processes and procedures and ensure documentation is maintained in a safe, confidential and legally compliant manner
• Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms
• Payroll Processing for MER Resgion
• HRIS Experince
• HR Policies & Procedures for MER Region
• Leave Management for MER Region
• Prepare Offer letters, Contracts, employee letters and salary certificates in a timely manner as per Company policies and procedures
• Assessing the training needs and coordinating the training and development programs for employees
• Collect, collate and prepare necessary documentation for timely processing of visa and work permit renewals
• Provide support on various HR projects/initiatives as and when required e.g. HRMS, employee engagement surveys etc.
