We’re a fast-growing Dubai consultancy looking for a high-energy Recruiter + HR Generalist who can do more than fill vacancies.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You’ll recruit corporate professionals and domestic staff, manage HR operations, build client relationships, and help grow the business.

The Role1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar, blue-collar, and domestic staff.
• Source, screen, interview and place suitable candidates.
• Manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

2. HR & People Operations

• Manage onboarding, offboarding and employee relations for a workforce of 50+ employees.
• Handle attendance, leave and payroll-related coordination.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR processes are followed.

3. Client Management & Business Development

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable staffing solutions.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate service agreements.
• Manage client relationships and convert recruitment enquiries into long-term business opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to generate new business.

Who We’re Looking For

• 2–6 years of recruitment and HR experience in the UAE, preferably Dubai.
• Proven experience recruiting both corporate professionals and blue-collar/domestic staff.
• Recruitment agency, staffing consultancy or similar experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in business development and sales.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Able to manage pressure, priorities and a fast-changing environment.

Compensation

The role is structured around performance and results:

• Fixed Salary: AED 4,000–5,000/month
• Performance Commission: AED 5,000–6,000/month
• Potential Total Earnings: AED 9,000–11,000/month

If you are only interested in a high fixed salary and are not comfortable with performance-based compensation, this role may not be the right fit.

For exceptional candidates, we are also open to discussing part-time, temporary, or remote commission-based arrangements.
