Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all restaurant vacancies, including chefs, waitstaff, hosts, mixologists, and management.
• Draft, optimize, and publish targeted job postings across platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and specialized hospitality job boards.
• Proactively headhunt passive talent within the Dubai luxury dining and DIFC restaurant sectors.

Screening & Selection

• Conduct high-volume CV screening and initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate skills, hospitality demeanor, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate in-person interviews, practical kitchen trials, and service assessments with the Restaurant General Manager and Head Chef.
• Maintain a centralized applicant tracking system (ATS) to monitor candidate progression and provide regular pipeline updates to stakeholders.

Candidate Experience & Onboarding

• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring prompt communication and a professional, transparent recruitment journey.
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiating terms within approved budgets.
• Assist the HR team with the pre-employment phase, including collecting documentation required for UAE visa processing and DIFC compliance.
• Facilitate initial orientation to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the restaurant's fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of recruitment experience, with a strict requirement for background in the UAE hospitality, F&B, or luxury restaurant sector.
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local talent pool, competitor landscape, and standard compensation packages in Dubai's premium dining scene.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using job portals (Indeed for Employers, LinkedIn Recruiter) and standard HR/ATS software.
• Regulatory Familiarity: Working knowledge of UAE Labor Law and standard visa/onboarding procedures (DIFC-specific experience is highly advantageous).
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills; ability to interact confidently with diverse candidates and senior management.
• Attributes: Highly organized, resilient in high-pressure environments, and possessing a sharp eye for presentation and service-oriented personalities.
