Sales & Admin Assistant

Fixen Technical Services L.L.C. is looking for a Sales & Admin Assistant to support our Sales and Operations teams in managing client communication, quotations, follow-ups, documentation, and daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, company profiles, and sales documents.
• Follow up with clients on quotations, appointments, and pending requirements.
• Maintain CRM records, leads, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate site visits, inspections, and client meetings.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Estimation, Operations, Procurement, and Project Teams.
• Assist with invoice/payment follow-ups and general administrative duties.
• Ensure professional and timely client communication.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Customer Service, or a related role.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Experience in technical services, construction, fit-out, MEP, HVAC, or facility management is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills – Mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, email, and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
