Outdoor Sales Representative

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and experienced Sales Representative – Automotive Window Tinting & Car Care to join our growing sales team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have proven outside sales experience within automotive window tinting, car care, automotive detailing, PPF, or related products and services. The candidate should be highly proactive in generating new business, developing customer relationships, managing assigned territories, and achieving sales targets.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to identify customer requirements and recommend the right automotive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an effective territory management and sales plan to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Identify and prospect new customers through cold calling, field visits, referrals, networking, and other business development activities.
• Generate new business opportunities and convert qualified leads into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and promote automotive window tinting, car care, PPF, detailing, and related products/services.
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat business, cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Handle customer enquiries, internet leads, quotations, negotiations, and sales follow-ups.
• Manage existing accounts, including order follow-ups, complaints, sample/product follow-ups, payment or credit concerns, and other account-related matters.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services based on their needs.
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, pricing, commercial terms, and value propositions.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and close sales successfully.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, quotations, and sales activities.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, market feedback, and competitor information to management.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback regarding product quality, performance, service, and market requirements.
• Support the management team with sales reports, analysis, and other business development activities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and develop long-term business relationships.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
• Mandatory experience in automotive window tinting, car care, automotive detailing, PPF, or a related automotive industry.
• Minimum 2–4 years of proven outside/field sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Experience with premium/luxury automotive customers will be an added advantage.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and basic sales reporting.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a self-driven and target-oriented sales professional who enjoys meeting customers, developing new business, and building long-term relationships.

Candidates with experience selling automotive window films, car tinting, PPF, ceramic coating, detailing, or premium car-care solutions, particularly to luxury and high-end vehicle owners, dealerships, workshops, and automotive businesses, will be strongly preferred.

Driving license is mandatory.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
