Online Sales Representative & Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and professional Online Sales Representative & Coordinator to join our team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries through WhatsApp, website, social media, and other online channels, providing customers with accurate information, following up with potential clients, and coordinating inquiries with the sales team.

This position is ideal for someone who is responsive, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable communicating with customers online.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, website, social media, and other online platforms.
• Provide customers with information about our products, services, availability, and pricing.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Collect and record customer information and requirements accurately.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
• Coordinate qualified leads and inquiries with the sales team.
• Assist in preparing and sharing quotations when required.
• Monitor incoming inquiries and ensure that no customer inquiry is missed.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and customer communication.
• Coordinate appointments, showroom visits, and customer requests with the relevant departments.
• Help convert online inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the inquiry and sales process.
• Perform other sales coordination and customer service duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in online sales, customer service, sales coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good written English.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers through WhatsApp and other online platforms.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication platforms.
• Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries at the same time.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify potential customers and sales opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive, car accessories, VIP vehicle conversion, or automotive customization industry is an advantage.
• Experience using CRM systems or lead-management platforms.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and online customer communication.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
