Store Manager / Senior Sales Associate

Women’s Fashion Boutique | DIFC, Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Female Boutique Store Manager who can independently manage the daily operations of a fashion boutique while remaining actively involved in sales and customer service.

This position is suitable for someone who already has management experience in fashion retail and understands sales KPIs, team management, stock control, CRM, reporting and premium customer service.

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 2–3 years of fashion retail experience
• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor or Senior Sales Associate
• Strong personal sales experience and ability to achieve targets
• Fluent English is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of retail KPIs: Sales Target, Conversion Rate, ATV and UPT
• Experience with POS, cashier operations, stock management and Back Office systems
• Experience preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
• Ability to analyze best sellers, slow-moving products, stock levels and missing sizes
• Experience with CRM, client follow-ups and customer retention
• Strong visual merchandising and boutique presentation skills

We are looking for someone who is active, quick, organized, responsible and proactive, with excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset.

A polished and well-groomed appearance is essential: neat hair, manicure, elegant clean clothing and professional presentation appropriate for a premium fashion boutique.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the overall daily performance of the boutique, including:

• Achieving daily and monthly sales targets
• Personally assisting customers and actively selling
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Managing and supervising the sales team
• Monitoring Conversion, ATV, UPT and individual sales performance
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly management reports
• Managing CRM and client follow-ups
• Monitoring stock, missing sizes, best sellers and slow movers
• Cash and POS reconciliation
• Maintaining visual merchandising and boutique standards
• Opening and closing procedures
• Identifying problems and providing clear solutions and action plans to management

We need a manager who can take responsibility for the store, notice problems independently and propose solutions — not wait for instructions for every task.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
