About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, client-focused, and target-driven Mortgage Advisor to join our growing team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE mortgage market, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to guide clients through the complete mortgage process. You will be responsible for understanding clients' financial requirements, recommending suitable financing solutions, coordinating with banks, and ensuring a smooth process from application to approval.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the complete mortgage process, from initial consultation and application to approval and completion.
• Assess clients' financial profiles, eligibility, income, and mortgage requirements.
• Recommend suitable mortgage and financing solutions based on individual client needs.
• Coordinate with banks, lenders, and financial institutions to process mortgage applications.
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients and banking partners.
• Follow up with clients and banks to ensure applications progress smoothly.
• Generate and convert mortgage leads into successful business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales, business development, and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records and provide professional customer service throughout the process.
• Stay updated with UAE mortgage products, lending criteria, bank policies, and market developments.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience as a Mortgage Advisor is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage products, banking policies, and lending procedures.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and applications efficiently.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic or other languages will be an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in banking, mortgage advisory, financial services, or real estate are encouraged to apply.
