Job description
INUIKII is a dynamic international footwear brand known for combining distinctive design with comfort, quality, and functionality.
We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to own the numbers behind production, distribution and inventory, and to turn them into decisions the business can act on. You will build the recurring reporting, track supplier, warehouse and forwarder performance, and prepare the figures for the monthly operations review.
Tasks
Production
• Cross-check POs against sales orders and invoices
• Create POs and ASNs
• Analyze the delivery performance of production partners
• Maintain supplier scorecards — on-time in-full, quality, lead-time consistency, responsiveness
• Manage production invoices and analyze COGS
• Track landed cost per unit — product, freight, duty and handling — by supplier and lane
Distribution
• Manage ASNs on the warehouse side
• Analyze warehouse performance — delivery, inbound, allocation
• Analyze freight forwarder performance — price, service, KPIs
• Cross-check customs and customs clearance expenses
• Track customer service level — OTIF, fill rate, backorders and short shipments
• Analyze returns volumes and their main causes
Planning & inventory
• Maintain safety stock, reorder points and stock coverage by SKU
• Monitor slow-moving and obsolete stock, and write-off exposure
• Prepare the numbers for the S&OP meeting and for customer requests
Systems, data and reporting
• Own master data in the ERP and Shopify
• Own the KPI dashboard and the monthly ops review pack, instead of ad-hoc reports
Requirements
-
3–5 years in an SME or multinational company across production, distribution, or financial controlling
-
Degree in Finance or Supply Chain (Bachelor's or equivalent in a related field)
-
Hands-on exposure to inventory, COGS, production analysis and processes
-
Experience with cost analysis and operational reporting
-
Strong Excel proficiency for advanced data analysis, with the ability to build recurring reports and dashboards that automate reporting workflows
-
Hands-on ERP experience (SAP or BC is a plus)
-
Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation capabilities
-
Precision with detail and high attention to data accuracy
Benefits
-
A diverse and dynamic role in a growing Swiss fashion brand
-
Flat hierarchies and room to shape your area of responsibility
-
A creative, international environment based in the heart of Zürich
-
Employee discount on all INUIKII products
INUIKII is a dynamic, fast-growing international footwear brand entering its next phase of growth. As we scale, the reliability of our supply chain becomes ever more critical: the right product at the right place, on time, with clean data and documentation behind every step from production to delivery. We're building a leaner, more connected operating structure across production, logistics, planning and our 3PL network — and this role sits right at the center of it. As Supply Chain Analyst, you'll have real ownership from day one, direct visibility to our COO, and the chance to shape how a growing brand plans, tracks and optimizes its supply chain as it matures.
