Role Description

The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and managing engaging digital content across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative vision, an understanding of current social media trends, and the ability to translate brand identity into high-quality visual and written content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Plan & shoot short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) aligned with the brand’s tone and aesthetic.
• Research and implement trending audio, hashtags, and visual styles relevant to the target audience.
• Manage the company’s social media calendar, ensuring consistent and timely publication of content.
• Monitor audience engagement and performance metrics, preparing periodic reports on growth and engagement levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with ongoing marketing campaigns, events, and strategic objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in creating & producing videos for social media.
• Good understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication skills.
