Marketing Administrative Assistant

We're looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Administrative Assistant to support our marketing team's day-to-day operations. You'll help keep campaigns, content, and communications running smoothly — from scheduling social posts to tracking performance and coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate social media posts and promotional content
• Prepare marketing reports and track campaign performance
• Respond to customer/partner inquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
• Support execution of marketing campaigns, liaising with internal teams and external vendors
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team (calendars, meetings, correspondence)

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred, not required)
• 1–2+ years in an administrative, marketing support, or coordinator role
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities/deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is preferred
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with tools like Canva, Social Pilot, or Meta Business Suite is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
