JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage multiple client social media accounts end-to-end
• Develop monthly content calendars and content ideas
• Write platform-specific copy, captions and briefs
• Coordinate with designers, videographers and creators for content production
• Manage publishing, scheduling and community management
• Communicate with clients on content, approvals and deliverables
• Track performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements
• Phone Content Creation

EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years of experience in social media, preferably agency-side
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook
• Strong copywriting and content ideation skills
• Experience building content calendars and creative briefs
• Confident client communication and presentation skills
• Good understanding of social media trends and platform best practices
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting
• Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail
• Comfortable creating simple, engaging phone-shot content
• Canva / basic editing skills are a plus
