Video Editor

Altara Social is looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Editor to produce engaging, high-quality video content across social media, marketing, branding, and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate combines strong storytelling and editing skills with a solid understanding of the latest AI-powered video and creative tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, digital marketing, campaigns, presentations, and brand communications.
• Develop engaging video content from raw footage, briefs, scripts, and creative concepts.
• Handle the complete post-production process, including cutting, pacing, transitions, sound design, color correction, subtitles, motion graphics, and basic visual effects.
• Create short-form content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visual stories.
• Use AI tools to enhance and accelerate video production, including AI-generated visuals, video generation, voiceovers, editing, upscaling, and creative ideation.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI video and content-creation technologies and identify opportunities to improve production quality and efficiency.
• Adapt existing content into multiple formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific versions.
• Organize and maintain project files, footage, assets, and editing libraries efficiently.
• Ensure all final videos meet Altara Group’s visual identity, quality standards, and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
• Experience with AI video and creative tools such as Kling AI, Higgsfield, Google Gemini, and similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of short-form content, social media formats, transitions, sound, color grading, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to use AI tools to enhance creativity, speed up production, and generate innovative video content.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Portfolio demonstrating professional video-editing work.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
