Remote Video Editor – Real Estate

Salary: AED 2,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Work Arrangement: Remote
Space and Place Real Estate is looking for a creative and experienced Video Editor to join our team on a full-time remote basis.
We are looking for someone who can turn property footage into engaging reels, advertisements, and social media content that captures attention and helps generate leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit property videos, reels, advertisements, and social media content
- Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
- Edit property tours, agent videos, promotional content, and video ads
- Create attention-grabbing real estate advertisements
- Add captions, transitions, music, graphics, and effects where appropriate
- Maintain consistent branding and quality across all content
- Work with the marketing and sales team to deliver content on time
Requirements
- Previous Real Estate video editing experience is required
- Hands-on experience with CapCut is required
- Experience with other editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar is an advantage
- Experience creating video advertisements is required
- Experience creating Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and other short-form content
- Real estate video editing experience is an advantage
- Arabic language skills are required
- Strong understanding of video pacing, transitions, captions, and visual storytelling
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Portfolio/showreel is required
