AI Video Creator Intern

We are seeking a highly creative and tech-savvy AI Video Creator Intern to pioneer our next generation of video content. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional video editing logic and cutting-edge generative AI software. You will not just be pressing "generate"—you will own the quality of execution, taking scripts and briefs and transforming them into hyper-polished, emotionally engaging, launch-ready videos.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Production: Interpret creative briefs, scripts, and storyboards to generate high-quality visual assets, animations, and voiceovers using generative AI.
• Advanced AI Prompting: Utilize advanced prompting structures (like camera-first and SAT frameworks) to command precise visual outputs from AI models.
• Hybrid Video Editing: Seamlessly blend AI-generated assets with traditional video footage, sound design, graphics, and color correction.
• Pacing & Narrative Logic: Structure long and short-form videos to optimize viewer retention, relying on established narrative frameworks rather than letting the AI dictate the pace.
• AI Dubbing & Localization: Leverage AI transcription and voice cloning tools to translate and scale existing video content for global markets.
• Workflow Automation: Build and iterate custom node-based rendering workflows to increase creative output and speed up turnaround times.
• Quality Assurance: Review final renders to spot and eliminate AI artifacts, lighting glitches, or audio clipping before submission.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Generative AI Toolset: Proven experience with text-to-video and text-to-image software (e.g., Runway Gen-3, Sora, Pika, Kling, or Midjourney).
• Traditional NLE Software: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects.
• Voice & Audio Tools: Experience with ElevenLabs, Synthesia, or Whisper for advanced audio cleanup and voice cloning.
• Prompt Engineering: Deep understanding of how camera directions, lighting cues, and semantic keywords alter generative video engines.
• Portfolio Required: A strong demo reel showcasing a mix of AI video generations and polished, finished video edits.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building customized node workflows in ComfyUI or similar platforms.
• Background creating highly converting short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
