We are a reputable law firm in Dubai seeking a professional and confident Legal Advisor

– Client Relations to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communication, coordinating between clients and legal consultants, and ensuring a high standard of client service throughout all legal matters.

This role combines legal case coordination, client communication, and administrative support within a professional law firm environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between clients, prospective clients, and the firm
• Handle client and prospective client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate communication between clients and assigned legal consultants
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding their cases
• Schedule meetings, consultations, and follow-ups
• Maintain and organize client records and case files
• Ensure a smooth and professional client experience throughout the legal process
• Support the legal team with client-related administrative tasks
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and case information

Requirements

• Previous experience in a law firm in the UAE is mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, confident, and able to handle clients under pressure
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required
• Strong understanding of professional client service standards
