Role Description The Human Resources Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role supports day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding and training activities, and updating information in HR systems. The HR Assistant helps with benefits administration, attendance tracking, and preparation of HR-related documentation and reports. The role also involves responding to employee inquiries, supporting HR policies and procedures, and collaborating with HR Management to ensure a positive, compliant, and efficient workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices, with the ability to support daily HR activities.
  • Skills in HR Management support functions, including documentation, record-keeping, and coordination of HR processes.
  • Experience or familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and other HR-related software tools.
  • Ability to assist in Benefits Administration, including tracking eligibility, documentation, and employee communication.
  • Experience supporting Training activities such as organizing sessions, maintaining training records, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is required, especially within the UAE .
