TVR Sales Manager

Job Purpose:

To plan, implement and direct the sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives in HVAC/TVR (VRF/VRV)

Job Title: TVR Sales Manager

Area: North emirates (Sharjah, Ajman, Um al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah)

Compensation: Upto AED33,000 with Family benefits including education allowance

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Achieves sales target as set by the management.
2. Delegates designated customers accounts to sales team.
3. Follows up projects & inquiries to achieve the sales goals.
4. Supervises the activities and performance of the sales team.
5. Investigates lost sales (Customer accounts)
6. Develops piecing schedules and rates.
7. Conducts market research and competitor and customer analysis.
8. Attends trade meetings and industry conventions.
9. Any other related task as required by the department manager
10. Reports daily sales dynamics and client’s requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• BSC in mechanical engineering degree/ sales & marketing, MBA is a plus
• 8+ years of HVAC/TVR (VRF/VRV) sales experience as a sales executive or sales engineer
• Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
• Knowledge of strategic planning
• Proficient in relevant software applications
• Excellent communication and negotiations & persuasiveness skills
• Leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• English and Arabic are a must
• Driving license in required
