Supplier Handling Associate

Overview

Job Details:

Deliver scheduled fruit, food, and catering orders to corporate clients across the city while following assigned routes and delivery timelines.

Ensure all orders reach customers on time and in accordance with company instructions, service standards, and delivery procedures.

Prepare, check, pack, and organize corporate, event, and catering orders before dispatch to ensure correct quantities and proper presentation.

Inspect products before leaving for delivery to confirm freshness, packaging condition, and order accuracy.

Maintain polite and professional communication with corporate clients and respond appropriately to basic delivery-related questions.

Follow daily delivery schedules and keep the dispatch team informed about completed deliveries, route changes, delays, or other issues.

Handle food items, packages, and other products carefully during loading and transportation to prevent damage and maintain their quality.

Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch staff to support efficient order preparation, loading, and delivery operations.

Maintain basic delivery records and provide confirmation after completing assigned deliveries when required.

Follow company procedures for safe transportation, customer service, and proper handling of all assigned orders.

Job Experience Requirements:

Graduate degree is required.

Previous experience in delivery, logistics, courier services, distribution, or a similar field will be considered an advantage.

Strictly follow traffic regulations and safe transportation practices while handling company products and customer orders.

Responsible and reliable approach with strong focus on delivery accuracy, punctuality, and customer satisfaction.

Good knowledge of city routes with the ability to select practical and efficient delivery paths.

Basic communication skills with a polite and professional manner when dealing with corporate customers.

Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and handling packages of different sizes during daily delivery activities.

Ability to remain organized and work effectively under pressure during busy periods and high-volume delivery schedules.
