Job description
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Storekeeper to join our growing online and offline cricket business. This role covers stock management, order packing, on-site customer service, and sales - perfect for someone who loves cricket and enjoys working directly with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock & Inventory Management
- Maintain organized, well-stocked inventory for quick access and low error rates.
- Track stock levels and flag reordering needs.
Order Packing & Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and dispatch online orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure proper packaging and timely handover to courier/logistics partners.
On-Site Sales & Customer Service
- Attend to walk-in customers and help them choose the right cricket products.
- Offer product demos and expert guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and fully stocked.
What We're Looking For:
- Good knowledge of cricket and cricket gear (bats, pads, gloves, etc.) - required.
- Must speak English and Hindi/Urdu.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or cricket-related work preferred (freshers with strong enthusiasm also considered).
- Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, POS systems).
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Reliable and punctual.
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience in a sports store or e-commerce setup.
- Driving license (useful for occasional deliveries).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
