Barista/Waiter

We are looking for a Waiter / Barista Assistant to join our busy coffee shop drive-thru in Al Aweer 1, Dubai.

This is a high-volume, fast-paced coffee shop, so we are looking for someone who is quick, organized, attentive and able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate the POS system and process payments.
• Ensure orders are prepared and handed to customers correctly and quickly.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area.
• Assist the barista team during busy periods.
• Prepare basic coffee and other beverages when required.
• Support the preparation of drinks and other café items during peak hours.
• Work closely with the team to maintain fast and efficient service.
• Follow company procedures and maintain high standards of customer service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter, café attendant, barista assistant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of coffee, coffee beans and different coffee beverages.
• Ability to prepare basic coffee and other drinks.
• Fast learner with the ability to work in a high-pressure, busy environment.
• Smart, alert, reliable and hardworking.
• Well-mannered, presentable and professional.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to multitask and remain efficient during peak hours.
• Must be available to join immediately. Candidates who require a one-month notice period will not be considered.
