🚀 Hiring: Infrastructure & Modern Workplace Engineer

📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

🏢 Work Setup: Onsite/Hybrid

We’re looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Modern Workplace Engineer to support enterprise Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint, and Windows Server environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 – Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive

• Support Active Directory & Microsoft Entra ID , including MFA, authentication and access issues

• Provide L2/L3 escalation support across Windows and macOS environments

• Support Intune & Jamf endpoint management

• Manage Windows Server administration, patching & vulnerability remediation

• Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents and contribute to root cause analysis

• Automate operational activities using PowerShell

• Provide basic operational support across Linux & Microsoft SQL Server

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 5+ years of hands-on enterprise infrastructure / Modern Workplace experience

✅ Strong Microsoft 365, AD & Entra ID administration

✅ Windows Server and endpoint management experience

✅ Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

✅ Experience working as an escalation point above Service Desk

✅ Knowledge of ITSM, change control and security-conscious administration

Highly Desirable:

Intune | Jamf | Azure | Hybrid Identity | PowerShell | ServiceNow | Linux | SQL Server
