Key Responsibilities
- Conduct an end-to-end procurement function/maturity assessment covering people, process, data, technology and operating model.
- Review existing procurement processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct spend analysis, procurement compliance and process reviews .
- Assess current-state processes and recommend future-state procurement models.
- Develop actionable recommendations and a procurement transformation roadmap .
- Support procurement process redesign, governance and operating-model improvements.
- Assess and support SAP Ariba / procurement technology requirements and setup.
- Review CAPEX procurement planning and associated processes.
- Assess indirect procurement categories and practices.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
