Service Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment & Mobile Crane Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting, technical support, and maintenance of heavy and lifting equipment

Job Description:

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic faults in heavy equipment and mobile cranes.
• Provide remote technical support to technicians and attend customer sites when required.
• Support mobile crane troubleshooting, inspection, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Review technical reports, handle warranty claims, and perform FSI.
• Manage service call logs and respond to customer technical requirements.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with mobile cranes and lifting equipment.
• Good knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
