BIM / Digital Delivery Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled BIM / Digital Delivery Manager to join our project team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in BIM management, digital delivery, information management, and multidisciplinary coordination within large-scale construction and development projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the project’s BIM and digital delivery strategy, managing multidisciplinary BIM coordination, ensuring compliance with project information requirements, and driving the effective use of digital technologies throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and digital delivery strategy.
• Lead and manage BIM coordination across architectural, structural, MEP, infrastructure, landscape, and specialist disciplines.
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, workflows, protocols, and information management procedures in accordance with project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with the ISO 19650 information management framework and applicable project standards.
• Manage the project Common Data Environment (CDE) and ensure effective control, sharing, and management of project information.
• Coordinate BIM deliverables from consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Review BIM models and information deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements, Level of Information Need (LOIN), and agreed standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary model coordination and clash detection activities and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
• Coordinate with design managers, engineers, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve BIM and digital delivery issues.
• Establish and maintain BIM coordination matrices, model review procedures, issue trackers, and digital delivery schedules.
• Monitor the quality, accuracy, and completeness of BIM models and project information.
• Support the integration of BIM with project planning, cost management, asset management, and construction activities.
• Coordinate with construction teams to support 4D/5D BIM , constructability reviews, and project planning where applicable.
• Support the implementation of digital tools and technologies that improve project delivery, coordination, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain project BIM dashboards, digital delivery reports, and performance indicators.
• Ensure BIM and digital deliverables are aligned with the project programme and key milestones.
• Provide technical guidance and training to project teams and BIM coordinators.
• Review and manage BIM-related technical submissions, workflows, and deliverables.
• Support the development of digital handover and asset information requirements for project completion.
• Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency through BIM, automation, data management, and digital technologies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi Building Code (SBC), KSA regulations, client requirements, and project standards .
• Perform any other BIM and digital delivery responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent discipline .
• Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience in BIM management, digital delivery, information management, or multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
• Proven experience managing BIM and digital delivery on large-scale
• Experience with major residential, commercial, hospitality, infrastructure, or master-planned development projects is an advantage.
• Current experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is required/preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, coordination processes, and information management.

Required Technical Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360 , or equivalent BIM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Common Data Environment (CDE) management.
• Experience with BIM coordination, clash detection, model federation, and model review.
• Understanding of 4D and 5D BIM processes is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 principles and information management workflows.
• Ability to review and interpret multidisciplinary BIM models and engineering drawings.
• Experience with BIM quality assurance and model validation.
• Strong knowledge of BIM deliverable requirements, naming conventions, classification, and data structures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project collaboration/document management systems.
