As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.
About the Role:
As part of the Hatch-Ma'aden Partnership, the HR Coordinator plays an important role in supporting a positive employee experience and the effective delivery of HR services across Saudi Arabia. The position is responsible for providing efficient HR operational and administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee records management, documentation, compliance, reporting, and employee services. Working closely with employees, managers, shared service teams, and external providers, the HR Coordinator helps ensure HR processes are delivered accurately, professionally, and in line with company policies and local legal requirements. Key Accountabilities
HR Operations & Administration
- Coordinate day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, HR systems, and documentation.
- Prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates, letters, and other HR correspondence.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation and system transactions are completed accurately and on time.
- Work with the HR Service centre to maintain employee data within HR information systems and ensure data integrity.
- Generate HR reports, workforce data, and personnel metrics as required.
- Ensure all employee files and records are maintained in accordance with company policies and document retention requirements.
Employee Services & Coordination
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR administrative requests.
- Coordinate employee documentation requests, employment verification letters, certificates, and related correspondence.
- Support employee engagement, communication, and HR initiatives as required.
- Coordinate HR meetings, communications, announcements, and administrative activities.
- Build positive working relationships with employees and managers while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Compliance & Government Relations Support
- Ensure HR processes comply with company policies, Saudi labor regulations, and internal governance requirements.
- Support visa, work permit, Iqama, GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, and other government-related HR administration activities as required.
- Coordinate with government authorities, external vendors, medical providers, and service providers when required.
- Support continuous improvement of HR processes and administrative procedures.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee information and sensitive business data.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, HR Administration, Personnel Administration, or Employee Services.
- aPHRi, CIPD Level 3 certification preferred.
- Experience supporting HR operations within a multinational organization would be advantageous.
- Previous consulting or professional services industry experience is considered a plus.
- Familiarity with Saudi employment practices and HR administration requirements.
- Experience using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.

- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HR systems would be advantageous.
Office Location and Working hours:
Riyadh, Servecrop, Business Gate
Sunday to Thursday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM.
