E-Commerce / Marketplace Specialist

We are looking to hire a highly professional and experienced E-Commerce / Marketplace Specialist who has hands-on experience managing and operating seller portals such as Noon, Trendyol, Amazon Seller Central, and other major E-Commerce platforms.

The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of the complete marketplace operation, including:

• Managing and maintaining E-Commerce seller portals and dashboards
• Product listing, catalog management, SKU creation and updates
• Product pricing, promotions and inventory management
• Managing and processing customer orders
• Order fulfillment, dispatch and delivery coordination
• Handling returns, refunds, cancellations and customer issues
• Understanding marketplace commercial models, commissions, fees and deductions
• Monitoring marketplace performance, sales and operational KPIs
• Managing marketplace requirements, policies and compliance
• Coordinating with internal teams such as Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Operations, Finance and Customer Service
• Maintaining professional relationships with marketplace account managers and business partners
• Identifying operational issues within the portals and resolving them quickly
• Preparing regular E-Commerce performance reports and dashboards
• Understanding how to improve product visibility, sales performance and marketplace ranking
• Supporting the company in launching and scaling our B2C E-Commerce operations

Required Candidate Profile:

• 3–5+ years of relevant E-Commerce / Marketplace experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Noon and Amazon Seller Central
• Experience with Trendyol or other major marketplaces is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations from product listing through order fulfillment, delivery and returns
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the complete E-Commerce channel
• Experience working with marketplace partners and account managers
• Strong understanding of B2C operations and customer experience

Pay: From ﷼3,000.00 per month
